JIVIN' WITH JODES
Sweet by name and most definitely sweet by nature, Jodie Sweetin, one of the stars of ABC's hit television show "Full House" for over 8 years, is certainly one young actress to keep an eye out for in the future.

Jodie or "Jodes" to her friends and family, who turned fifteen years old on January 19th,
had played the role of Stephanie Tanner since the time she was five. In fact fans and
parents who still stop her on the streets of Southern California often tell her that "Full
House" was the ONLY show that they allowed their kids to watch and they sometimes say
that they feel that they have actually grown up with Jodie.

Now that the show has run its course however, Jodie is currently concentrating on her studies at a school for the performing arts, dating her own personal "Mr Irresistible" and looking out for her next challenging role.

BUT WHAT SORT OF PERSON IS JODIE SWEETIN?
Well, over the next few months we are going to find out and we promise to reveal EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know about your favorite actress. But beware... .it might not be exactly what you expect. Be prepared to learn not only about her favorite pop stars, the clothes she loves to buy and her perfect dream date, but also get ready to hear all about huge jumping spiders, spooky haunted houses as well as an up close and personal encounter with Grandma Sweetin's Chocolate Gravy!!!!

GHOSTLY GOINGS ON
Yikes! Sound like a creepy episode of the "X-Files" to you?

Maybe that's because the "X-Files" happens to be Jodie's favorite show and the only one
that she makes sure she never misses. She told Celebrity Sightings that she loves the fact
that it is just so well written and so well acted. She also digs the way that both actors, (David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson) play it very realistically and yet at the same time combine with some very clever dry humor.

In fact Jodie is fascinated by most things weird, wonderful and paranormal. She totally
loves to discuss strange phenomena, UFO's, extra-terrestrials and things that go bump in
the night with all of her close friends. She told us recently "I totally believe in all that stuff.
My friends and I have these types of conversations for hours. I think there HAS to be something else out there. We live in a tiny part of the universe that goes on and on for
ever and ever, maybe for infinity. How could we, this little tiny planet in this enormous
universe, be the only life there is?"

When asked what she imagines might be out there in the darkness of space she says
calmly, "I think that probably there are about as many different types of aliens or UFO's or whatever you want to call them, as there are people in this world." You know what? She COULD be right!

Although Jodie has never actually had a close encounter with a UFO, a ghostly apparition
or had very many spooky experiences herself, she did have a friend who professed to live in a haunted house and who told tales of televisions turning themselves on in the middle of the night and showers running either completely hot or completely cold. Brrrrrr!

On the subject of re-incarnation Jodie has a very interesting theory. She says "I think when you die you go somewhere, but you don't necessarily stay there forever. Perhaps you go to different places and I think that you can also come back as different things. I definitely think that sometimes people might come back as the very thing that they didn't like when they were alive."

Now the best news for Jodie recently (being such a huge fan of the "X-Files") was the
start of the new show "Millennium" which is also on Fox TV and which she hopes will be
just as scary and thought provoking as the "X-Files".

Little known factoid: Some of Jodie's favorite things to eat are Bagels. You know those
yummy bread rolls which you can munch on at any time of the day. According to Jodes she enjoys plain bagels, hot bagels, cold bagels, blueberry bagels, onion bagels, chocolate chip bagels, cinnamon bagels..... phwew the list is endless!

Well seeing as how she is such an expert on all things 'bagely' (ED: Is that a real word?)
why not fire off an email to Jodie and tell her YOUR favorite recipe idea using bagels!

DIGGING DISNEYLAND
But don't think that Jodie is just into ghosts and ghouls and creatures from outer space
...not at all. In fact Jodie is just like most other normal 15 years olds. She loves to
snowboard and to swim, she loves Snickers bars, clothes, movies, boys and parties.
In fact she tells a story of one great big party that she will never forget. Three years ago for her 13th birthday, Jodie's parents rented out a private room in The Disneyland Hotel complete with an indoor pond and a glass gazebo. Not only did all her friends from school and all her colleagues from "Full House" attend the birthday bash, but
also a villainous collection of almost all the nasty characters from her favorite Walt Disney stories including Gaston from "Beauty and the Beast", Snow White's evil stepmother and even Cruella de Ville from "101 Dalmatians". Well it was certainly a night to remember and a party that will be hard to beat on her next birthday which is coming up fast.
