Jodie Sweetin Gets a Life!
For Full House's Former Stephanie, The Sky's The Limit!

IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE FULL HOUSE went off the air, but one thing is for certain. JODIE SWEETIN--who played the sweet and sassy Stephanie for eight great years--is still tops on your celeblist. 16 caught up with her recently and found out the 14-year-old is outta' the House and doing just fine!

Being in a series is tough--you really have to devote you life to it. Now, Jodie's free to pick and choose her projects. "I like being able to take a break," she muses. "Being on Full House was great, but it took a lot out of life." Now that she's not on such a tight schedule, Jodie can concentrate on making movies--a dream of hers--and on taking acting classes.

DOIN' HER OWN THING!
"I'm havin' such a blast these days," Jodie tells. "I got into snowboarding this year, and I'm going to go to all my school dances. I never got to go to a school dance before, because we always taped the show on Friday nights. So now I go every week with my friends."

GETTIN' INTO THE RHYTHM
According to Jodie, it took a while to get used to being a regular girl again. "For about a month after Full House ended, I was lost," says Jodie. "It was like, OK, I don't have to go to work so what do I do? But now I've got plenty of things to do with my friends. It's great."

ONE OF THE GALS!
One of the things Jodie's enjoying these days is being with her true blues and hanging out--something that wasn't easy when she was on Full House. "It's weird, because I used to go out with my friends and feel normal, and then someone would come up and ask for my autograph. Suddenly, my friends saw me in a different light, and it felt strange."
